To qualify for Monmouth rebate incentives:

  • Electricity MUST be and remain your primary heat source.
  • Rebate application must be filled out and submitted to Power and Light. 
  • All weatherization measures must be pre-approved.
  • Post on-site inspections are required for all weatherization rebates. 

Monmouth Power and Light is currently offering a LED Holiday Light Rebate. To receive $5 per new LED holiday lights please contact MPL at (503) 838-3526 for more information. (Maximum rebate amount is $10).

Our rebates will help you reduce the cost of an upcoming construction or weatherization project for your home. For details and requirements please read the application form. Multifamily homes and New Homes do not qualify.

Smart Thermostat 
We are currently offering a Smart Thermostat rebate of up to $125 or 75% of cost.
All thermostats must be replaced in the home to qualify.

We are currently offering a $2 Per bulb rebate with a proof of purchase and packaging for all Energy Star LED or CFL bulbs.
