Oregon Library Passport Program logo

Monmouth Public Library is participating in the Oregon Library Passport Program. This program will allow Monmouth Library resident patrons to acquire a limited access library card at any other participating library in the state.

For a list of participating libraries, go to: http://librariesoforegon.org/node/30

Restrictions:
  • Must be a resident patron in good standing with Monmouth Public Library.
  • Passport card is valid only at issuing library.
  • Patron is responsible for returning borrowed material directly to the owning library.

How it works:
  1. At Monmouth Library, have a passport sticker affixed to your CCRLS library card.
  2. Visit a participating Oregon Library and present your CCRLS library card and valid photo identification.
  3. Participating library will issue you an Oregon Passport card that will allow you limited access to their collection.
  4. Passport cards are valid for one year from issue date.
