Payment Assistance

 We understand that families and individuals may find it challenging during these times to meet utility bill payment deadlines due to the Covid-19 pandemic. If you are having trouble paying your utility bill, we have resources that may be able to help!

 Monmouth Power and Light helps fund the ARCHES program that offers emergency housing and utility assistance to eligible households within Polk County.

Interested households should complete a screening questionnaire, which can be done on the program's webpage (linked previously) or by calling 503-399-9080 Ext 4003.
